'Prick'

Last Friday was my first time.
I'd never done it before...
the woman said it wouldn't
hurt... I'd feel just a few
small pricks !! Tender
moments with an in take
of breath.. slowly at
first then ...enough
said, I have to admit
I didn't feel the rest.
Some how I've managed
to damage the muscles
in between my ribs..
breast tissue's OK,
no lumps or bumps
to worry... about.
So my first anxious
appointment for, yes
you've guessed.....
Acupuncture!! Just
a few small pricks.
Timer on, lights
dimmed.. quiet
seeps through
the room.. eyes
closed. 'Magic'
works its way.
Has it worked?
I have to go
through this
process a few
more times..
nothing to
get concerned
about, just
a few pricks!!
