One Vision

Reach out.
Reach out and touch me,
I can feel your pain..
I can feel your sorrow,
let me share.....
all your tomorrows.
Let me hold your heart
in the palm of my hand.
We can do this...
you just have to try.
Try to understand,
from my side of you eyes
how much I love you,
how much I've cried.
I'm doing my best, it's
hard but I'm getting
there. Time is all I have,
I want to spend it all
with you. There's no
where else I want to be.
To wake up beside you,
to kiss you in the rain...
I want to take you in my
arms, never looking back.
Our future holds so many
memories, we have to do
this, it's our destiny.
Come hold me, come kiss
me in the rain. Let me be
your end, until the stars
go out, until the world is
no more, I am here for
you, don't ever forget.

If not for the fact that I know you are so sad over this, it would be beautiful, Indigo.

There are better days ahead for you when you do find your one.

Yes Madam THAT IS Love...

UBS~ I have to agree with you on that one. I wrote it from the heart, but as mine is ever so slightly dented at the moment I feel it isn't my best poem. I trust that if I keep didding away at this pain I am experiencing, it will clear. But at the moment it's like trying to platt fog! Thank you

Dulce ~ It is love but not my finest... I have problems at this moment in time... I'm suffocating! Thank you for dropping in.

You really are quite talented. Next time you feel really happy, write some and see how it comes out. You asked if you might have known me in Texas, but no, I've never been there. There is light at the end of the tunnel....and the best is yet to come. Hang in there girl.

Oddly enough, I know how you feel, I mentioned rain in my latest post.

SPEAKING FROM THE CRIB said...

thanks for visiting me over at the crib - and for remarking that i am a clever boy - i'm not sure if you wrote that by mistake if i am a mother of two than surely i am a girl ... i have less than one percent of one brain cell left, so you must bear with me

i think it is a great poem - don't be so critical of yourself!

Indi said...

SPEAKING FROM THE CRIB ~ Sorry, yeah I wrote it wrong. I'm sure you're a great mummy, but hard work none the less. Thank you for your honest comment, yes you're right, I am too critical of myself.

"But the sun rises again over Africa"

This is a Zulu expression, simple but true..

Indi said...

Watercolors@Drop the Jeans ~ I thought only I could've felt the pain, it never occured to me that every one who read it could see the pain. I love the African saying, very apt & thank you calling by.
